Probably is - It's just missing some bits including the vibrato arm.

The pots/volume knobs might be date stamped underneath. That's cool if it's from the 60's, it looks like a guitar from the 80's. Are you going to play it?

Cool, it looks like an old Kay. Judging by the body style, tuners, and pickups, it looks mid-70s.

Before looking at the ebay link I could've sworn it looked like some Italian guitars I've seen, like eko's and the like.
Sweet find! Just put new strings on, get some contact cleaner to spray in the pots (they're likely to be scratchy as all hell) and rock out!
